A Temple Sinai Program: Sholem Aleichem Performances with Harold Green Jewish Theatre and Discussions with Cantor Charles Osborne and Mikhl Yashinsky

Sholem Aleichem, the much-loved classical Yiddish writer, will be celebrated over three special evenings in March. On each of the evenings, we will enjoy a performance of a short story by the Harold Green Jewish Theatre Company. After the performance, Cantor Osborne will lead an engaging discussion with Yiddishist Mikhl Yashinsky. Mikhl is an actor, playwright, director, and teacher of Yiddish. We will hear his insights and interpretations of these classic Sholem Aleichem stories. Join us for what promises to be lively and uplifting evenings.
