The Kiever Synagogue
We are continuing to plan for the upcoming High Holidays and welcome all who wish to join us. We are determined to protect the health of our congregants and fellow Torontonians, and we fully support those who choose to be prudent and stay away from services this year. All services will be conducted in accordance with provincial health guidelines, and we have also scheduled stand-alone Shofar Blowing and Yizkor services for those who wish to attend those only. Please see https://www.kievershul.com/HH_2020_schedule.pdf for a full schedule of services.
We need to track the number of people who can be inside the building, which is necessary to maintain safe physical distancing as well as for contact tracing should it be necessary. (Note that masks will also be required.) It is mandatory, therefore, that you register for services by clicking here. This link will take you to a form, where each individual person should add their own name and check the appropriate boxes. We hope that we will be able to accommodate all who wish to come; we will keep this registration open until September 10 or until we reach 70 people per service, whichever comes first. We will be in further contact with all who register as the holidays approach.
Please note that should changing provincial guidelines demand, we may be required to cancel services altogether at any time.
